What We Will Not Promise
Good exterior cleaning starts with realistic expectations. Some conditions respond extremely well to professional cleaning, while others require maintenance or additional work.
No Permanent Moss Guarantee
Moss and organic growth can return in Oregon’s wet climate. Cleaning removes existing growth, but it cannot permanently prevent future growth.
No Guaranteed Removal of Every Stain
Rust, oil, oxidation, deep discoloration, and age-related staining may permanently affect some surfaces. We explain those limitations before quoting when we can identify them.
No Unsafe Work
If a surface, structure, or access condition creates an unacceptable risk of damage or injury, we may decline the work or recommend a safer approach.
