Terms of Service

GreenTree Services provides professional pressure washing, power washing and exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• House washing
• Driveway and concrete cleaning
• Roof moss removal
• Deck and fence restoration
• Commercial pressure washing
• Gutter cleaning

All services are subject to:

• Written or verbal quotations valid for 30 days
• Weather conditions permitting safe work
• Access to water and electrical outlets as needed
• Property owner permission for service

• Prices are based on the scope of work outlined in the estimate
• Additional services requested will incur additional charges
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, check and major credit cards
• Returned checks incur a $35 processing fee

• Services are scheduled based on availability
• Cancellations require 24-hour notice
• Weather-related postponements will be rescheduled promptly
• No-show appointments may incur a service fee

Customers agree to:

• Provide clear access to work areas
• Remove or secure fragile items
• Ensure pets are secured during service
• Close all windows and doors
• Notify us of any special concerns or damaged areas
• Be present or have a representative available if required

• If we overlook an area that falls within the agreed scope, contact us and we will review it and arrange a callback when appropriate
• Callbacks do not cover new contamination, new organic growth or weather damage after the service
• Moss and organic growth can return in the Oregon climate, so cleaning cannot permanently prevent future growth

• GreenTree Services is insured
• We carry $2 million in general liability insurance
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage
• Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

While we take every precaution, pressure washing may reveal or worsen the following conditions. We are not responsible for damage to surfaces that are already compromised.

• Pre-existing paint failure
• Deteriorated caulking or sealants
• Damaged or loose siding
• Weakened wood or surfaces

GreenTree Services manages wash water and runoff with care and follows the local, state and federal rules that apply to exterior cleaning work.

• Disputes will first be addressed through direct communication
• Unresolved disputes may be subject to mediation
• These Terms are governed by Oregon state law
• Legal venue shall be Benton County, Oregon

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
